Audio/Video Conversion takes Forever!!
Hi...
I have been uploading some music and videos onto my new Media Share Site.. But none of them are finishing the conversion process. All of them still remain with the 'Audio Conversion in Process' or 'Video Conversion in process' status! Images are being uploaded without issues, and the rest of the site works fine. So can any one of you please help me troubleshoot the system. What could be the issue? What changes should I make n see in the setting? Thanks in advance  |

Please submit a ticket in the Helpdesk with the script license order number and server access information, and Support will look into it and get back to you.
